We were founded in Italy in 1904

Rosa and Cometta, two partners, began manufacturing small manual machines for block production. In the following years, they started producing machines with dynamic vibration (the "Rammers" model), developing a more complete range of products that contributed to continuous expansion and business success.

The vibro-compression models produced by the company were the first to be introduced to the international market shortly after World War II. After the death of the two founders, the company was officially registered under the name Rosacometta.

Rosacometta quickly gained an excellent reputation thanks to the high quality of its products and the constant research and application of the best available technologies. This combination ensured Rosacometta’s continued success and growth. Further expansion came with the design and construction of fully automated plants, which consistently improved the batching, mixing, and dosing systems for the effective production of finished blocks.

In the past, Rosacometta established an "Advanced Technology Development Department" within its organization, ensuring its machines remained at the forefront of the global market. The technical staff provided assistance with the assembly and commissioning of new automated plants at customer sites. Technical training courses for operators of fully automated plants were also available, helping them optimize productivity in the shortest possible time.

Today

Rosacometta offers a complete range of models with excellent production capacity, from the small V.5, capable of producing approximately 700 elements per day, to fully automated plants capable of producing over 30,000 blocks in an 8-hour shift.

An important feature of all Rosacometta machines is that every plant, from the smallest to the largest, can produce a wide variety of standard and custom concrete elements with a simple and quick mold change. This includes load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, interlocking paving, outdoor flooring, and other special elements based on customer specifications.
