Thanks to the planetary mixing system, materials are uniformly distributed inside the tank, ensuring consistent, high-quality mixes. Supermix® mixers are particularly suitable for the production of vibro-compressed concrete products, precast elements, semi-dry concrete and technical mixes.
Aggregates can be fed by skip hoist, conveyor belt or dedicated dosing units, according to the plant configuration.

Why a Supermix® planetary mixer

Planetary mixing
The planetary rotation and the combined movement of blades and arms promote uniform material distribution, reducing mixing times and ensuring homogeneous mixes.
Adjustable blades
Mixing and scraping blades are height-adjustable, allowing wear compensation and maintaining operating efficiency over time.
Protected tank
The mixing tank is designed to ensure strength, durability and easy maintenance. The bottom and inner walls can be protected with high-strength liners, easily replaceable in case of wear.
Configurable discharge
Discharge openings can be configured according to production requirements and plant layout, with manual, pneumatic or hydraulic operation.
Easy access
Inspection doors and access openings provide easy access to the tank for checking, cleaning and routine maintenance.
Uniform water
Water can be uniformly distributed inside the mixing tank through dedicated systems, supporting correct mix management and a more consistent cycle.
Moisture under control
The use of moisture control probes ensures consistent mixes throughout the entire production cycle.

Overall dimensions
The correct assessment of overall dimensions is essential for integrating the mixer into the plant. The main dimensions make it possible to verify the space required for installation, aggregate loading, machine access and maintenance.

Production capacity and dosing
The choice of mixer must be assessed according to the required production capacity and its combination with the other plant components: aggregate dosing units, loading systems and concrete block machines must work together. The combinations shown are a reference basis.

* Theoretical concrete density: 2400 kg/m³; the value may vary depending on the sand used. To determine output, two parameters must be respected: maximum mix weight and maximum volume of the loaded ingredients, which must not exceed the dry loading capacity.

Options and accessories
Each Supermix® is completed with the accessories suited to the plant: loading, weighing, discharge, washing and moisture control.

Aggregates loading skip
Available for all sizes. The double drum balances the load and prevents the skip from falling if the rope breaks. Slow-rope limit switches make winch operation more reliable and safe.

Cement and water weighing scales
Already equipped with valves and load cells, they are fixed to the mixing pan and pre-assembled in the factory to minimise installation time on site.

Water meter
As an alternative to the scale, water can be dosed by a water meter; often used to “correct” mixing water together with the moisture probe.

Pre-loading hopper
Strongly recommended to reach nominal productivity. Factory pre-assembled, with a butterfly valve operated by the mixer hydraulic unit.

Botomatic discharge door
For fluid or bituminous mixes and powders it makes the mixer perfectly sealed; necessary when the pan is pressurised or depressurised.

Side access door
The solution when access from the upper cover is impossible or difficult; also recommended for special mixes and easier cleaning.

High-speed agitator
In dry mixes it increases material dispersion; in semi-dry mixes it breaks up lumps that may form during mixing.

High-pressure washing system
Thanks to the hollow central shaft of the gearbox, the pipe reaches the centre of the machine: adjustable nozzles under the peripheral arm reach every point of the pan.

Washing with rotating nozzles
Motor-driven rotating nozzles cover the entire internal surface, covers included, with jets up to 120 bar.

Floor-mounted moisture probe
Detects mix moisture inside the mixer to control water content. Available on request for all models.

Probe cleaning blade
A rubber blade cleans the sensor surface at each rotation of the planetary gearbox, improving detection quality.

Orbiting moisture probe
Fixed to the peripheral arm, it rotates immersed in the mix; cables run through the hollow central shaft via a rotary collector.

Sampling hatch
For taking samples before discharge, e.g. for test cubes, safely and without stopping the mixer.

Belt drive
With strict height limits the motor is installed beside the pan; typical for refurbishments and mobile plants.

Manual control panel
Mounted on the machine, it manages the main functions for testing, cleaning and maintenance without the main panel.

Door protection guard
Protects operators during door rotation when the platform is below the discharge; watertight when working with powders.

Hydraulic coupling
Supplied on request, it allows a smooth start-up of the mixing gearbox even under full load.

Dust recovery airbag
During hopper loading it absorbs the pressure created by the rapid entry of materials; with an active filter it contains dust.
